Yoga, Fitness + Dance Classes

My classes are designed to nourish the body, soothe the mind, and support your holistic wellbeing. Each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.

Every class type has its own unique focus, so you can choose what aligns with your energy, goals, and stage of life.

In general, you’ll find me teaching yoga, mat pilates, callisthenics, primal motion, animal movement, and sensual dance classes. Below, you’ll find a more comprehensive description of the classes I offer, who they’re suitable for and what you can expect from the sessions.

CLASS TYPES

Ashtanga Yoga

Power Flow Yoga

Prenatal Yoga & Postpartum Yoga

Pregnancy yoga and postpartum yoga are nurturing practices tailored to support the body and mind during pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Expect pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, gentle strengthening, relaxation, and emotional support in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Prenatal yoga focuses on childbirth preparation, and postpartum yoga focuses on restoration.

Wild Motion (Callisthenics, Primal Motion, Animal Movement)

Femme Flow (Sensual Dance)

Femme flow is an expressive, empowering movement class that combines sensual dance, fluid motion, and embodied confidence.

Expect feline choreography, floorwork, spicy movement, twerking drills, whining drills, breath connection, and serpentine embodiment to help you feel confident, free, and deeply connected to your body and inner Goddess.
