Class Purpose + Aim:
Awaken + Balance is a gentle yet challenging hatha vinyasa yoga class, that includes some nourishing restorative postures.
In this traditional hatha vinyasa yoga class, you’ll learn and practice the classical sun salutations, yoga postures (asana), meditation (dhyana), breathwork, and subtle energy work (pranayama).
The class both energises and harmonises to leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.
There is a central focus on mindful breathwork (pranayama) and moving meditation to help improve self-awareness, regulate the nervous system, support emotional regulation, enhance mental health and soothe anxiety.
During this class, you’ll develop your own rhythm and intuition, as your breath dances with your movement, whilst you flow from posture to posture.
We strategically build upon your skills with each class by introducing new hatha vinyasa yogic techniques over time.
If you’re also looking to improve your holistic health and fitness, Awaken + Balance helps to improve physical strength, flexibility, mobility and posture through a dynamic range of yoga postures (asana).
Suitable For:
Beginner, intermediate and experienced yoga practitioners.
This class is accessible for ‘all bodies’, suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and trauma-informed.
Equipment:
Basic yoga equipment such as mats, blocks, and straps are provided at this studio, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.

Flow + Glow is an energising and empowering tantra yoga class, that includes some rejuvenating restorative postures.
In this traditional tantra yoga class, we delve deeper into the classical sun salutations, yoga postures (asana), meditation (dhyana), sound healing, chanting (mantra), breathwork, and subtle energy work (pranayama).
The class helps to invoke balance between the lunar and solar energies, leaving you feeling revitalised and grounded.
There is a central focus on the energetic channels (nadis) and energetic centres (chakras) of the subtle body to help balance your energetic body, shift energetic blocks, tap into inner strength, and access a deeper sense of harmony in your body, mind, and soul.
During this class, we commit to each posture for extended lengths of time to harness the power of the chakras and the resilience of the mind.
If you’re keen to learn about the mystical power of yoga and how you can become a master of your Divine energy—this class is for you.
We strategically build upon your skills with each class by introducing new tantric yogic techniques over time.
Aside from its spiritual potency, Flow + Glow is a great way to improve physical strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, health and fitness through a dynamic range of yoga postures (asana).
Suitable For:
Intermediate and experienced yoga practitioners, along with confident beginners.
This class is accessible for ‘all bodies’ and trauma-informed, but best suited to practitioners who have some familiarity and confidence in the basics of yoga.
Equipment:
Basic yoga equipment such as mats, blocks, and straps are provided at this studio, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
Calm Callisthenics

Class Purpose + Aim:
Calm Callisthenics is a challenging but nourishing class that focuses on a combination of mindful movement, body weight exercises, strength building, and breathwork.
Callisthenic exercises can help to burn fat, build core strength, improve muscle tone and increase endurance.
If you’re looking to improve your overall mobility, health, and fitness in a class that is challenging but achievable—then this class is for you.
In this class, you’ll get to craft a leaner body whilst improving your mood and mindset.
There is a central focus on gentle and challenging mindful movements, which help to leave you feeling both stimulated and replenished in both body and mind.
During this class, you get to reconnect with your body, and learn how to get the most out of each movement—for both your body and mind—by using moving meditation and the breath to assist your fitness journey.
You don’t need any equipment for this class, other than a yoga mat.
Suitable For:
Beginner and intermediate callisthenic practitioners.
This class is accessible for ‘all bodies’, suitable for all levels of callisthenics experience, and trauma-informed.

Cancellation (Refund) and Reschedule Policy:
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. But to help me maintain a smooth and fair experience for all, I have a strict cancellation policy:
Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will either be refunded or credited to your account for future use.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class, or missed classes, will not be refunded or credited. This policy ensures that we can accommodate others on the waitlist and pay for business resources.
